ある程度の収録時間があるもの・投稿が無いユーザーからの申請は受け付けていません。
また、ありきたりの動画・チャット動画ばかり・タイトルが同じようなものばかりなど、投稿数稼ぎをしているユーザーからのリクエストもお断りしています。
現状を改善された上で改めて申請をお願いします。

I do not accept the application from a user without a thing, a contribution with some collecting time.
In addition, a title will not agree only with an ordinary animation, chat animation, and only things decline the request from a user doing number of the contributions income.
I would like application some other time after the present conditions were improved.
