再度友人申請を頂きましたが、前回お断りした理由について、状況が改善されていないようです。
説明をご理解できませんか？

不能理解說明嗎？

ある程度の収録時間があるもの・投稿数が無い方からの申請は受け付けていません。
現状を改善された上で改めて申請をお願いします。

I do not accept the application from one without the number of the thing, the contributions with some collecting time.
I would like application some other time after the present conditions were improved.

沒受理來自沒有一定程度的收?時間有的東西、投稿數的的申請。
被改善了現?之後想要重新申請。
