要了朋友申請，但是衹一定程度的收錄時間被向用某一部動畫投稿的人登記了朋友，投稿數沒受理來自極端少的用戶的朋友申請。
另外，從幾秒到幾分的動畫以及來自其他的用戶的轉載，通常的動畫、閒聊動畫也正拒絶來自標題一樣的東西正做投稿數收入的用戶的要求。
被改善了現狀之後想要重新申請。
