This user and his friends are part of hacking group https://www.tokyomotion.net/user/tradefederation They are harassing Tokyomotion users by opening dozens of accounts to vote down videos and false flag videos as "under age". If you are being artificially voted down or your videos falsely flagged or your are being harassed by them and their dozens of alternate accounts report them to Tokyomotion.
