The thing is though, I don't want to have to edit or compress files. It takes 10 minutes to upload to AF and 15-20 to upload to vola. If I have to wait more than that to ul here then the video just isn't getting uploaded.

cut out the unnecessary bits and run it through hb, then you'll only have files in the double digits.
